Rules for Exhibitors

  1. Exhibitor space is 10’x10′.  Exhibitors must provide their own table(s), chair(s), and shelter/canopy (if desired).
  2. Exhibitor receives 2 free admissions per day.
  3. Items for sale should be military or railroad related.
  4. All exhibitors must sign a liability waiver upon arrival on the property.


Set-up / Tear Down

Set-up will be available on Thursday evening from 4:00-6:00 pm or on Friday & Saturday mornings between 7:00-9:30 am.  All vehicles must be out of the event space before 9:30 am.

Tear down is at 5 pm on Saturday.  Vehicles will not be allowed on the event grounds until that time.

Weapons

“Weapons” include firearms, explosives (including ammunition), knives, and other items that might be considered dangerous or that could cause harm.  To ensure a safe and free of violence event, the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum prohibits the possession of weapons in any buildings, vehicles, and on the museum grounds in accordance with state law.  Authorized reenactors are excepted but subject to additional inspections and restrictions, including blank ammunition.

Photographs of weapons for sale placed on a table is permitted.  However, the weapon and exchange may not be on museum property.

 

The number of purchases requested equals the number of spaces reserved and is for both days.

Refund Policy

Tickets may be refunded for cancellations up to 24 hours before a scheduled tour or event begins.  The processing fee, or any other incurred charges, will not be refunded.  No refunds will be given within 24 hours of, or after, the ticketed tour or event start time.
